Youth connect with industry leaders through mentorship

Since 2022, we have partnered with Millicom, the Partnership for Central America and CALI to offer young men and women virtual mentoring sessions as one of the critical components of the Youth Impact Leaders program implemented in Guatemala and Honduras, funded by The Howard G. Buffett Foundation, and through the Creating Professionals initiative in El Salvador. We aim to foster the potential of youth and promote positive change in their communities across the region. 

This initiative allows us to connect, inspire, and accompany youth to future internships, training, and employment opportunities while improving their interpersonal skills and professional development to underserved youth.

We recently held a visit from Mauricio Ramos, Millicom’s CEO, who shared among the Salvadoran participants and their mentors, inspiring and motivating them to keep working towards achieving their goals, and making a difference for their communities.

Through this shared effort we hope to improve more lives and help build a better future for these rising leaders.
