Sharing Glasswing’s Community Voices for Mental Health

Glasswing’s “Community Voices for Mental Health” shares real experiences and practical strategies to promote self-care, mutual support, and open conversations about mental health.

Our “Real Talk” campaign focuses on breaking down the stigma around mental health and generating more authentic conversations through genuine connections between people.

What is Glasswing’s “Real Talk” campaign about?

This resource offers a collection of personal stories, emotional well-being techniques, and practical advice. Glasswing’s SanaMente team created it to provide useful tools for your everyday life.

We reached out to people from diverse Glasswing communities in Latin America who have faced different challenges related to mental health. These voices come from a range of backgrounds and ecosystems (healthcare workers, educators, youth, and community leaders).

Mental health impacts every aspect of our lives. But often, starting conversations about it can be difficult. These stories offer a framework for reflection and action. Here, you will find inspiration and support, and you’ll discover how small actions can bring about significant changes in your emotional well-being.

By supporting others, we strengthen our own mental health, because personal well-being is intertwined with the well-being of the community.

— Ernesto, community leader
