Leticia Ossa Daza is the founder and head of the Latin America Practice at Paul, Weiss and a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. She was entrusted to build the practice from the ground up and sets the group’s strategic vision across client development, reputation, management, mentorship, and coaching. For more than two decades, she has advised international and domestic clients on mergers and acquisitions and other complex cross-border corporate transactions.
Leticia is also an author. In 2024, she published her debut book, “Confesiones de una Mujer Real” (“Confessions of a Real Woman”), which launched at the International Book Festival in Bogotá, Colombia, and she writes frequently on global business trends as a columnist for Colombia’s leading business newspaper, La República.
A native of Colombia, Leticia is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. She is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Sorbonne, and Fordham Law School. Leticia is also an advocate for human rights and supports organizations like LatinoJustice, the Vance Center, and Women Together.
