Alfredo Samayoa Pascual is a Senior Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, advising ultra-high-net-worth families across Latin America, with a focus on Central America and the Caribbean. He advises multi-generational families, founders, and entrepreneurs on investment strategy, cross-border structuring, and long-term wealth preservation—bringing a global perspective to complex, multi-jurisdiction needs.

Beyond his client work, Alfredo helps advance the region’s innovation and leadership ecosystem. He serves as Co-Head of J.P. Morgan’s Next Generation Council and is a member of the Innovation Economy vertical, supporting initiatives that connect established family enterprises with emerging innovation across Latin America.

Alfredo holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and an MBA from IE Business School. Based in Miami with his wife and daughter, he is a long-standing supporter of Glasswing International’s mission to address the root causes of poverty and violence through education, health, and community-based programs.
