Valentina Ferrer

Valentina Ferrer is an entrepreneur, television personality, and model. A native of Córdoba, Argentina, Ms. Ferrer is one of five children. She grew up playing basketball and spending time in nature with her family, a lifestyle that ignited her interest in wellness. Ms. Ferrer was crowned Miss Argentina in 2014 and represented her country at the Miss Universe pageant. 

As a model, she has worked with brands including ALO Yoga, Chloe, Hugo Boss, Nike, Michael Kors, Agua Bendita, and Ralph Lauren. She has been featured on the covers of magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle Mexico, Vogue Mexico, and Women’s Health. She guest-starred on the series “Betty en NY,” produced by Telemundo Global Studios.

In 2019, Ms. Ferrer co-founded KAPOWDER, a line of supplements containing ethically sourced ingredients that are vegan and cruelty-, gluten-, and GMO-free. They help boost energy, enhance skin collagen, and improve gut and skin health and overall well-being. 

As an active student mentor, Ms. Ferrer has demonstrated a deep, steadfast commitment to helping children and youth flourish. She has engaged students in the New York City area in a range of activities, including workshops and classes on leadership, meditation and well-being sessions, and skits for social and emotional development. 

She has created joyful and unforgettable experiences for students who often feel overwhelmed and invisible, making them feel hopeful, valued, and excited. Students say that meeting Ms. Ferrer is like “hanging out” with a close, long-time friend. She inspires them with her optimism, her vision of the world and its possibilities, and her belief in their potential.
