GLASSWING UNITED STATES

Glasswing USA works to raise the global presence of Glasswing International by mobilizing resources and building lasting partnerships with multinational companies, institutions, governments, foundations, and individual supporters. Glasswing USA is a member of the United Nations Global Compact, UN ECOSOC, and other networks. We host the annual Glasswing Gala, bringing together over 400 members of the Glasswing community to celebrate and provide children and youth in Latin America with opportunities for a brighter future.

Glasswing launched education programs in New York City in 2018, working with migrant youth and their entire school communities, including students, educators, and caregivers. This work is rooted in a trauma-informed approach in order to mitigate the impacts of migration, deportation, and acculturation. Glasswing New York’s programs are facilitated by local volunteers, operating as after-school clubs that primarily serve English Language Learners (ELL students).
