Celina de Sola

Celina was born in El Salvador. She holds a master’s in public health from Harvard University and a master’s in social work from the University of Pennsylvania. She spent many years as a humanitarian aid worker before founding Glasswing.
Diego de Sola
President and Chairman of the Board
Diego was born in El Salvador. He received a bachelor’s from Cornell University and a master’s in business administration from New York University. He is a business and social responsibility leader, CEO of Inversiones Bolivar, a fellow of the Aspen Institute, and a young global leader of the World Economic Forum.
Juan F. Salaverría
Juan, a native of El Salvador, holds a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Chicago and a master’s in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He has more than fifteen years of experience analyzing and investing in companies across a wide variety of sectors in Latin America.
Eduardo, a native of El Salvador, holds a bachelor’s in business and marketing from Universidad Rafael Landivar and a master’s in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management. He has more than seventeen years of experience as an entrepreneur in the United States, Central America, and the Caribbean.
Rodrigo, a native of El Salvador, holds a bachelor’s in economics and international relations from Tufts University. He has more than a decade of experience in corporate finance and investment banking in the United States and Latin America.
Claudia, a native of El Salvador, obtained a master’s in corporate social responsibility, accounting, and social auditing from the University of Barcelona. She has more than a decade of experience in corporate communications and is a fellow of the Aspen Institute.
Dr. Magdalena Serpa
Dr. Serpa, a native of Colombia, holds a master’s in public health from Harvard University and an medical degree from Rosario University, Bogotá. She has more than twenty-five years of experience in the design and implementation of nutrition, maternal, and child health programs in Africa and Latin America.
Zita is a director at Hellman & Friedman, a private equity firm in London. She also serves as a director of Web Reservations International and Wood Mackenzie and previously worked at Investcorp. Zita attended Georgetown University, where she studied international relations.
Ricardo A. Sagrera
Ricardo, a native of El Salvador, holds an master’s in business administration from Columbia Business School. Ricardo runs Viceroy Capital Advisors, a New York-based firm he founded in 2009.
Rodrigo, a native of El Salvador, obtained a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Virginia. He is an analyst at BlueCrest Emerging Markets Fund, a multibillion-dollar hedge fund.
Orlando, a native of El Salvador, holds an master’s in business administration from Columbia Business School. He is the founder and managing partner of Tyrian Investments, LP, a New York-based investment firm.
Rama holds a master’s degree in public health from Harvard University and a master’s in psychology from the University of British Columbia. She is a skilled program manager with more than twelve years of experience in international public health and research.
Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in public health from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. She has more than 20 years of non-profit, marketing, and communications experience, including leadership roles at Catholic Relief Services, AmeriCares and CNN.
Emiliano Román is a financial expert, currently serving as the Managing Director of Morgan Stanley’s Consumer Products and Retail Investment Banking Group. Born and raised in Costa Rica, he has strong ties to the region.
Ana Morales is a non-profit professional with over a decade of experience. Born in Mexico, she is passionate about projects that empower the most underserved, including girls, women, and children.
